We are seeking a proactive professional to support the smooth execution of administrative and operational functions within the organization. This role involves coordinating transport operations, monitoring fleet utilization, maintaining operational records, liaising with service providers, and ensuring the timely delivery of support services. You will assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, compliance monitoring, and the preparation of operational reports while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and service quality across all administration-related activities.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree or a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Strong coordination skills, sound knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively will be essential for success in this position.
