GROUP MANAGER MAINTENANCE
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline
- 10+ years of maintenance/engineering experience, preferably in apparel manufacturing
- Minimum 3-5 years in a senior managerial/multi-plant maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing machinery and utilities
- Practical knowledge/experience in Embroidery and Printing machinery/processes
- Experience in vehicle/fleet maintenance management
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, analytical and people-development skills
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly between manufacturing plants across Sri Lanka
