Production Assistant - (FMCG)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production inventory control and monitoring of stock levels.
- Conduct material consumption analysis and maintain accurate consumption records and reports.
- Review daily work orders and analyze final production output against planned targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Verify all raw materials and packing materials issued for production.
- Monitor material usage and identify variances or wastage.
- Ensure accurate and timely production reporting.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, QA and Planning teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of production activities, material usage and output.
- Support the Production Supervisor in achieving production targets and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Production, preferably in the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records.
