SALES SUPERVISOR – UVA PROVINCE

We are looking for a high-energy, precision-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our team and help us make world-class personal care accessible to all.
Your Mission :
- Motivate the regional sales team to smash monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor KPIs closely and conduct internal/external training to ensure the team is always leveling up.
- Manage and maintain elite relationships with distributors and dealers to hit company objectives.
- Proactively monitor industry trends and identify new channels for business growth and expansion.
Are You the One??
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity with a stellar history as a Supervisor.
- A recognized professional qualification in Sales or Marketing (CIM/SLM or equivalent) is a definite advantage.
- Previous experience in the Cosmetic Sales field is a major plus.
- You are a self-motivated, target-oriented individual with a hunger for career growth and a people-first attitude.
