QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
J.N. INTERIORS is a leading interior designing and civil construction company which has earned its reputation for interior designing in Sri Lanka since 1998.
As part of our expansion, we have established a new state-of-the-art factory in Bandaragama, equipped with advanced machinery and the latest manufacturing technologies. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support our interior design and manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, procurement support, and cost control to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare and certify Interim Payment Applications and Final Bills.
- Perform project costing, cost monitoring, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage tender documentation, evaluation, and procurement procedures.
- Knowledge of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems will be an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
- Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant work experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Previous experience in the interior design or interior fit-out industry will be a distinct advantage.
