Position
QUALIFIED MULTI-TASK TECHNICIAN – MEP
We are recruiting technically competent professionals to support the 24/7 operation of the new Home Lands Warehouse Village.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to electrical, plumbing and mechanical maintenance requirements.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Respond quickly to technical breakdowns and emergencies.
- Inspect electrical, water, mechanical and other building-service systems.
- Maintain maintenance schedules and service records.
- Coordinate specialized repairs with external service providers when required.
- Support uninterrupted operation of warehouse and common facilities.
- Follow all required safety procedures.
Candidate Profile
- NVQ or recognized technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, MEP or a related trade.
- Practical experience in multi-skilled maintenance work.
- Experience in warehouses, factories, hotels, commercial buildings or large facilities preferred.
- Ability to work on a roster/shift basis supporting 24/7 operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
