Recovery Executive
Neocochem International (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a responsible, confident, and result-oriented Recovery Executive to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for following up customer outstanding balances, collecting overdue payments, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring timely recovery of company receivables.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on outstanding and overdue payments.
- Visit customers when required for payment collection and follow-up.
- Maintain regular communication regarding payment commitments.
- Monitor ageing reports and recovery schedules.
- Ensure agreed payment dates and commitments are followed up effectively.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Management on overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and customer commitments.
- Escalate long-outstanding and high-risk accounts promptly.
- Work towards monthly recovery and overdue-reduction targets.
- Assist with documentation and coordination relating to legal recovery matters when required.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in debt recovery, collections, credit control, finance, or accounts receivable will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to deal professionally and firmly with customers.
- Good numerical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recovery targets.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle riding licence is mandatory.
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer visits and recovery activities.
