Assistant Sales Data Analyst
Lenstech Group, seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Sales Data Analyst to join our growing commercial team and support our business expansion through data-driven tracking. In this foundational role, you will assist senior analysts by compiling daily sales performance reports, cleaning pipeline datasets, and maintaining interactive dashboards.
Qualifications
- G.C.E. A/L in Commerce or Mathematics streams.
- Strong Analytical knowledge in Mictosoft Excel and Data analysis.
- Experience in preparing Sales Reports, analysing Sales Targets, creating Data Dashboards for Management, Data Visualization including performance analysis and knowledge in Data Science will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with Advanced Excel, SQL, CRM/ERP platforms and capability to track key performance indicators (KPIs), spot trends, and support sales forecasting.
- Clear verbal and written ability to translate data findings into simple insights for sales and management team, Curiosity and logical thinking to investigate sales dips, spikes, or reporting discrepancies. Ability to multitask, meet regular reporting deadlines.
- Good communication skills, discipline and a positive attitude.
- Preferred age between 25 to 35
