RESERVATIONS AGENT
- Ensure all reservations SOP’s and addendums are followed to maintain the higher standards/quality of brand.
- Be responsible for the sales hotline to handle all inbound sales and reservation inquiries.
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions
- Maximize revenue by converting incoming inquiries whilst recognising business prospects and opportunities to upsell hotel services.
- Liaise with hotel management and customers to coordinate corporate events and create and maintain professional relationships
- Liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to the customers
- Analyse customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings
- Accountable to monitor and arrange the excursions, transport and tours based on guests’ requirements subject to the approval of authorised officers.
- Ensuring seamless flow of communications between and the hotel departments to ensure a satisfied stay for guests.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient running of the business
- Deal with overseas agents/clients and meet their expectations
- Preparation and costing of tour products and packages
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Female in the age group of 20 – 25
- A versatile individual who can perform with minimum supervision
- A’ Level qualified with excellent command of both English (written and oral)
- Knowledge of a foreign language will be a distinct advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and high computer literacy skills are compulsory.
