Assistant Manager/Snr Executive Sales, Reservation and Administration
The Job
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet maximum occupancy level.
- Manage reservation, bookings and guest inquiries of the hotel.
- Build relationships with travel agents, business partners and client base in managing revenue targets.
- Manage bookings, room availability and rates through the Property Management system and online travel agents.
- Manage database, reports and relevant business information.
The Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservation in a Boutique hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of general administrative requirements of a Boutique hotel setup.
- Experience in using hotel PMS and OTA system.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
