FINANCE INTERN
Location: Colombo | Company: Naturals Sri Lanka
Join Sri Lanka's leading salon and franchise network and gain hands-on experience across financial reporting, accounting operations, payroll, compliance, and business performance analysis.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior management and gain practical exposure to a fast-growing multi-branch business environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial analysis.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and daily finance operations.
- Support franchise royalty tracking and collections reporting.
- Assist with payroll administration and employee records.
- Help maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis activities.
- Assist with statutory compliance and audit preparation.
- Contribute to finance process improvement and reporting initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Part qualification in AAT, CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, or ACCA would be an advantage.
- Strong academic record and willingness to learn.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
