FINANCE MANAGER
Location: Colombo Head Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and management accounts.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and financial controls.
- Oversee franchise royalty billing, collections and financial reporting.
- Drive cost control and branch profitability improvement.
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory and audit requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and expansion.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- CA Sri Lanka, CIMA or ACCA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including management-level responsibilities.
- Experience in multi-branch, retail, hospitality, franchise or service-sector businesses is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems, ERP platforms and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
