We are looking for a creative Mid-Level Flavour Chemist to join our growing R&D team and help shape the future of our product pipeline.

Position Overview

As a Mid-Level Flavour Chemist, you will bridge the gap between scientific precision and sensory artistry. You will be responsible for the creation, duplication, and modification of flavour profiles optimized for liquid applications. Moving past the early-level phase, you will independently run projects, analyse complex raw materials, and ensure our beverage flavors remain stable, compliant, and delicious from the lab bench to the bottling line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Beverage Flavour Creation: Design, develop, and duplicate complex liquid flavour formulations (natural, nature-identical, and synthetic) for diverse beverage bases.
  • Application Stability Testing: Evaluate how flavors interact with various beverage matrices (acid levels, carbonation, pasteurization, and sweeteners) over time to ensure shelf-life stability.
  • Sensory Evaluation: Conduct and lead organoleptic testing (taste and aroma discrimination) to evaluate flavour profiles, raw materials, and finished beverage prototypes.
  • Analytical Troubleshooting: Utilize laboratory instrumentation (such as GC-MS) to analyse flavour compounds, raw materials, and successfully match target profiles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Beverage Applications, Sales, and Production teams to scale up laboratory formulas into commercial manufacturing.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all flavour creations meet safety guidelines, country-specific food regulations, and specific dietary certifications (e.g., Kosher, Halal, Clean Label).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational qualifications: food Science, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline will be an advantage
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in a reputable beverage chain in Flavors creation, with a proven track record specifically within the beverage or liquid flavour sector.
  • Sensory Acuity: Demonstrated, exceptional sensory abilities for taste and smell, with a deep understanding of beverage-specific aroma chemicals and essential oils.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of emulsions, extracts, solubility, and Flavors delivery systems used in beverages.

Digital Marketing Officer

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of digital channels, marketing tools, and trends, transforming creative concepts into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Social Media & Content: Oversee day-to-day social media profiles, creating engaging content strategies and writing compelling copy aligned with the brand's voice.
  • SEO & Web Growth: Assist in implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to drive organic website traffic and track growth using Google Analytics.
  • Community Engagement: Foster online community growth by actively responding to inquiries, comments, and direct messages.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign ROI, and compile regular reports with data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside with graphic designers, content creators, of external agencies to produce high-quality marketing collateral.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Diploma in Digital Marketing Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated digital marketing or social media coordinator role. Will be an added advantage
