Are you passionate about data, reporting, and projects?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Controller - Projects to join our team in Sri Lanka and support project tracking, reporting, and documentation across the Orana Group. This role provides exposure to business unit expansions, new product implementations, and the transfer and adaptation of new technologies.
Location: Orana A/S Sri Lanka Regional Office, Boralesgamuwa, Sri Lanka.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar capacity / in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Maintain and manage project documentation
- Analyze project data and track progress
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Ensure documentation standards and compliance
- Coordinate reporting and communication between project teams and Group Management
- Support process improvements
- Handle ad hoc assignments
