Maingate (Private) Limited is a growing company engaged in the import and supply of goods to Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated supply chain executive to manage and support our end-to-end supply chain and inventory operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the supply chain process from import to local distribution.
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and warehouse coordination.
- Handle import documentation, supplier coordination, and shipment tracking
- Maintain accurate records using an accounting / ERP system.
- Monitor stock movements, reorder levels, and cost efficiency
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth supply flow.
- Prepare basic reports related to inventory, imports, and supply chain performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration.
- Experience and knowledge in QB, SAP, Oracle, or Busy.
- Understanding of import & inventory processes.
- Two years of experience in importing goods would be an added advantage.
