ADMISSIONS COUNSELORS (STUDY ABROAD PROGRAMS) (MANAGER/ ASSISTANT MANAGER GRADE)
Are you an experienced Admissions Counselor with strong knowledge of international student placements and visa processes?
ANC Campus is looking for dynamic and experienced Admissions Counselors to join our Direct Placement (Study Abroad) Team, specializing in student placements to:
- Australia
- Canada
- New Zealand
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in student admissions and direct placements
- Thorough knowledge of student visa processes and requirements
- Strong understanding of the Australia, Canada, and New Zealand education and visa pathways
- Ability to guide students from initial consultation through admission and visa application
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses, institutions, and pathways
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to meet placement targets
- Up-to-date knowledge of changes to visa regulations and admission requirements
- Previous experience in an overseas education consultancy or international admissions environment will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel / advice prospective students on suitable overseas study options
- Handle direct student placements to Australia, Canada, and New Zealand
- Guide students through admission and visa procedures
- Coordinate with educational institutions and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of applications
- Keep students informed throughout the admission and visa process
- Achieve individual and team placement targets
