MEP BIM COORDINATOR
WORK LOCATION: SAUDI ARABIA | SRI LANKA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and manage MEP BIM models.
- Ensure clash detection and resolution.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders.
- Maintain BIM standards and documentation.
- Support project delivery with accurate BIM outputs.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma related to Mechanical or Electrical.
- Proven experience in MEP and BIM coordination.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Create and develop accurate MEP BIM models.
- Follow project standards and modelling guidelines.
- Ensure model coordination and quality.
- Update models as per project requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma related to Mechanical or Electrical.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in MEP BIM modelling.
- Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit preferred).
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
