Investment & Wealth Manager

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in investment advisory, wealth management, banking, insurance, or financial services will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Sinhala and English; knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales and business development targets.
- Possession of a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market CAPM's investment and wealth management products and services.
- Identify and acquire new clients while developing long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Provide investment and wealth management solutions based on clients' financial goals and risk profiles.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities to expand the client base.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and industry developments.
- Prepare client proposals, investment recommendations, and periodic follow-up reports.
