EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE FINANCE & STRATEGY
American Premium Water, the pioneer in Sri Lanka's bottled water industry & a market leader in the FMCG sector in Sri Lanka with a staff strength of over 1200, with an extended reach across Logistics & SCM, Construction, Polymer Packaging sectors within Sri Lanka as well as other Asian markets, is looking for Executive / Senior Executive Finance & Strategy for immediate employment. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, highly motivated, and results oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Job Role
- Manage and monitor the overall accounting and financial activities of the company.
- Supervise and coordinate finance-related transactions and ensure their accuracy and timely completion.
- Support the development of an efficient and professional Finance team.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow and support effective day-to-day financial management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax, statutory, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with banks regarding financial transactions and other banking requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and provide the necessary information and documentation.
- Analyze financial information and provide relevant insights to support management decision-making.
- Maintain proper financial records and ensure adherence to established financial procedures.
- Carry out any other finance-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university/ Full / Part-time qualification in AAT or part qualification in ACCA / CIMA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work with budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and general IT applications.
- Ability to prepare and review financial information accurately.
- Flexible and willing to take on new challenges.
