HEAD OF FINANCE

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function of one of our group companies. This role is suited for a strategic & technically sound finance professional with strong leadership capability, commercial insight, and the ability to drive financial performance, governance, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure Statutory audits & internal audits are completed as per the timelines from the Group Corporate Finance.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements effectively.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve overall financial efficiency.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure taxation related payments & filings are done on time with 100% accuracy.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the finance team to enhance performance and capability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA is a must.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially driven with the ability to translate financial insights into business decisions.
- Experience working within a group or diversified business environment will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills & able to work & deliver under strict deadlines.
