We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Transport Department as a Transport Intern. The ideal candidate should possess good coordination and record-keeping skills and be willing to learn while supporting daily transport operations, driver attendance, overtime records and administrative activities.
INTERN – TRANSPORT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with daily vehicle and driver scheduling.
- Maintain driver attendance, leave, trip and overtime records.
- Update vehicle, fuel, mileage and maintenance records.
- Handle filing, data entry, invoices and report preparation.
- Coordinate transport requirements with drivers and departments.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS
- Following or completed a qualification in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
