Position: Marketing Executive
Job Overview
As a Marketing Executive at AOG Campus, you will play a pivotal role in driving student recruitment, building institutional brand awareness, and promoting our diverse range of degree and diploma programs (Business Management, IT, Engineering, Psychology, Teacher Training, and English). You will execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, engage with prospective students and parents, and represent the campus at educational exhibitions and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute targeted digital and offline marketing campaigns to hit enrollment targets for intake seasons.
- Manage incoming inquiries from prospective students across phone, email, social media, and walk-ins, converting leads into admissions.
- Represent the campus at career fairs, school visits, educational exhibitions, and open-house events.
- Organize and coordinate on-campus information sessions, workshops, and promotional seminars.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing collateral, brochures, and digital advertisements.
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) by posting regular updates, student success stories, and program highlights.
The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Qualifications: Possess a recognized professional qualification.
- Languages: Be fully fluent in Sinhala and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Literacy: Have strong computer and digital literacy skills.
- Mindset: Be a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for higher education marketing.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Availability: Be available to work on weekends.
- Experience: Bring reasonable exposure or prior experience in a similar marketing role (this will be a distinct advantage).
