Junior Executive - Finance
WE'RE RECRUITING FOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Process hotel payments accurately with proper approvals and supporting documents.
- Record, verify, and maintain tax invoices in line with accounting and tax requirements.
- Prepare and maintain hotel credit applications and related documentation.
- RAMIS experience and taxation knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams and share knowledge.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., B.Com, BBA in Finance).
- Professional accounting qualification such as CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, or CMA (partly qualified)
- Have minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Travel & tourism industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Microsoft Dynamics experience will be an added advantage.
- Professional and courteous telephone communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
