The Colombo Plan for Cooperative Economic and Social Development in Asia and the Pacific, headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is an intergovernmental organisation with a membership of 26 countries across the Asia-Pacific region. The Colombo Plan is based on the principles of self-help and mutual assistance in the development process, with a focus on human resource development and South-South cooperation.
Applications are invited from qualified and experienced local candidates for the following Colombo-based positions:
Programme Manager - Capacity Building, Scholarship and Fundraising
The Programme Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the Colombo Plan's Capacity Building and Scholarship Programme while leading the organisation's fundraising and resource mobilisation efforts. The role includes developing strategic partnerships, identifying funding opportunities, and supporting the long-term sustainability of the Colombo Plan programmes.
Communications Lead
The Communications Lead will play a strategic role in enhancing the visibility and public profile of the Colombo Plan through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, media relations, website management, content development, and digital and social media strategies.
