DIGITAL MARKETING (SEO & PERFORMANCE) AND WEB DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Website Development.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO) and experience in improving website rankings on search engines.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and performance reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Experience in website development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience in Shopify (store setup, customization, and basic troubleshooting) will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and UX/UI best practices.
- Experience with landing page creation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, or other web development technologies will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
