We are seeking a dynamic & Results-Driven Accounts Executive to join with our Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or Part Qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA or Equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in handling Accounting functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting Standards, double Entries, Taxation and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB or Similar) will be a definite advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare Financial Statements & Monthly Management Accounts
- Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Handle VAT, SSCL, Stamp Duty & other Tax Payments & Return Submissions.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
- Monitor financial transactions, reconciliations, and variances to ensure accuracy.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and implement best practices.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.
