REQUIREMENTS
- Female candidates
- Educational qualification: GCE A/L or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (call centre / customer service)
- Age between 20 – 30 years
- Willingness to work on a shift basis
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala & English
- Good interpersonal and customer service (hospitality) skills
- Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude and professional conduct
- Candidates residing in Colombo or nearby areas are preferred
