STUDENT ENROLMENT EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS SCHOOL
As we continue to lead and transform, CA Sri Lanka is looking for a passionate and driven professional who embodies responsibility, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence to take on this exciting role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement effective enrolment strategies to achieve annual student intake and programme revenue targets.
- Guide students on the enrolment process, including registration for lectures and completion of all administrative requirements.
- Consistently meet or exceed enrolment and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify and target prospective student segments.
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end student registration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient enrolment experience across all programmes.
- Provide prospective students with the highest level of customer service
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- A degree in Management from a recognised educational institution or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of two years' work experience in a similar capacity.
- Previous experience in student management and student counselling will be an added advantage.
- Be sales-minded, self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and marketing.
- Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly in both spoken and written English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.
- Be a good team player.
