Senior Sales Executive – Direct Sales

01 ROLE OVERVIEW
PAYable (Pvt) Ltd is a growing fintech company transforming digital payment solutions through innovation and technology. We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Direct Sales team. You will own merchant acquisition and product adoption in your territory — visiting merchants every day, closing and onboarding them cleanly through Mastercard, deploying devices and keeping relationships strong after the sale. Alongside your own targets, you support and coach Sales Executives on field execution and help the Team Leader onboard and mentor junior team members.
02 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive merchant acquisition and product adoption through consistent, high-quality field sales activity.
- Manage merchant onboarding end to end, including documentation, payments and device deployments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term merchant relationships that drive continued usage.
- Assist the Team Leader with onboarding and mentoring junior team members.
- Conduct daily merchant visits within assigned territories and maintain full territory coverage.
- Ensure accurate and timely application submissions through Mastercard with zero rework.
- Support and coach Sales Executives on field execution, pitching and objection handling.
- Maintain strong sales, activity, quality and collection performance against monthly targets.

Nice to have
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, with a proven record of achieving sales targets. Strong sales, negotiation and merchant relationship management skills, coaching and mentoring capability, and strong problem-solving and field execution skills. Experience in fintech, digital payments, banking or a related industry will be an advantage.
