London Trading Index is a global CFD broker. We are building a BPOoperations hub in Colombo to support our global back-office functions andregional growth across South and Southeast Asia. This is a ground-flooropportunity to join a lean, high-performance team at the start ofsomething significant.
THE ROLE
The Business Development Executive – Sri Lanka Market is responsible fordriving new client acquisition and revenue growth within the Sri Lankantrading segment. The role focuses on engaging with locally sourcedprospects, guiding them through the onboarding journey, and convertingthem into active trading clients. This function operates as a core growthengine, aligned with Sri Lanka-specific acquisition channels and partnernetworks.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads generated through Sri Lanka-specific acquisition channels
- Convert qualified prospects into funded trading accounts (FTDs)
- Conduct structured client engagement calls to understand needs and trading intent
- Educate potential clients on platform offerings, trading products and the onboarding process
- Collaborate with marketing and acquisition teams to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency
- Build strong relationships with introducing partners (IBs, affiliates and referral sources)
- Ensure consistent follow-up with prospects to maximise conversion rates
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline tracking
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- First-Time Deposit (FTD) conversion rate
- Lead-to-account conversion ratio
- Cost per acquisition efficiency (where applicable)
- Active IB / partner contribution to acquisition pipeline
- Monthly funded client growth
