We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and customer-focused professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Gold Loan Investigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the effective management and growth of the Gold Loan portfolio.
Who We're Looking For
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
- Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- A diploma or professional qualification in Banking, Finance or a related field will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 02 years’ experience in Executive level.
- Previous experience in audit, investigations, operations, or gold loan-related activities is preferable.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Age Limit : 40 years
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic and surprise stock verifications of gold articles at branches island-wide.
- Investigate discrepancies, irregularities, and operational issues related to gold loan activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of gold loan records and documentation.
- Prepare investigation reports and recommend corrective actions to strengthen internal controls.
- Liaise with branch staff and relevant departments to resolve identified issues.
