Senior Executive
Revenue Assurance
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support our Revenue Assurance function. The role involves monitoring revenue streams, identifying potential leakages, analyzing gaps to determine root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure accurate billing and reporting. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Business, Finance, IT, and Operations to strengthen controls, improve processes, and support risk management initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within a dynamic telecommunications environment.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Data Analytics, or Telecommunications Billing Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in scenario analysis and proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of telecommunications business processes, billing systems, revenue streams, database management, and telecom products/services will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet tight deadlines
