WE ARE HIRING
SENIOR PATTERNMAKER
Responsible for developing accurate, production-ready patterns from Baylee designs, ensuring the correct fit, measurements, construction and sizing from sampling through bulk production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop accurate patterns based on designer sketches and specifications.
- Prepare sample patterns, grading and markers.
- Attend fittings and make required pattern corrections.
- Ensure correct fit, measurements and garment construction.
- Prepare production-ready patterns for bulk manufacturing.
- Minimize fabric wastage through efficient marker planning.
- Work closely with Designers, Merchandisers, Sample and Production Teams.
- Maintain organized and updated pattern records.
- Ensure all patterns are completed within production deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years' experience in womenswear pattern making.
- Experience with Lectra or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of fitting, grading and garment construction.
- Good understanding of fabrics and women's sizing.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
