DEPUTY HEAD OF PROJECT EXECUTION
(Mechanical / Electrical / Projects)
Location : Colombo 10
NativeWay (Pvt) Ltd — an integrated MEP engineering company established in 1942, CIDA EM1 graded and ISO 9001:2015 certified, with operations across Sri Lanka, the Maldives and Bangladesh — is looking for a Deputy Head of Project Execution.
The role in one line: take full ownership of our existing MEP projects and drive them to on-time completion — with minimal supervision and efficient use of resources.
What you'll do
- Support and deputise for the Head of Project Execution across all MEP project delivery
- Manage Project Managers and site teams to hit budget, scope, quality and deadlines
- Control cost, risk, QA/QC and subcontractor performance
- Oversee billing and cash flow, and keep clients satisfied for repeat business
What you'll bring
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering (PMP / PRINCE2 an advantage)
- 8+ years in MEP project execution, including large, multi-disciplinary projects
- Proven ability to run multiple projects and lead technical teams
- Strong leadership, negotiation and a driven, results-oriented mindset
