We at Laundro Plus Laundry established in Cinnamon Grand are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Executive to support our finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective account management. If you have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience working with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, we'd love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, SSCL, WHT, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoice verification and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and support financial reporting processes.
- Oversee fixed asset registers, inventory records, and periodic reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits through proper documentation and controls.
- Monitor company vehicle expenses, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and reconciliations
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
