HEAD OF BROKER SALES
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven professional to join our team as Head of Broker Sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the Company's broker business portfolio, strengthening broker relationships, driving sales growth, and leading the Broker Sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Company's broker business portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor broker performance and drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the Broker Sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Finance, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure timely handling of quotations, renewals, and broker requirements.
- Monitor market trends and recommend suitable business strategies.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualifications in Business Management, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Insurance, with relevant experience in broker sales.
Broker Management
- Proven experience in managing broker relationships and achieving sales targets.
Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Industry Knowledge
- Good knowledge of General Insurance products and the local insurance market.
Other Requirements
- Ability to lead teams, develop strong business relationships, work independently, and achieve business targets.
