JOB ROLE
- Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts, quarterly and annual financial statements and Ad-hoc Reports.
- Ensure timely statutory payments and compliance (EPF, ETF, PAYE, VAT, NBT, Income Tax, etc.).
- Coordinate with auditors and handle internal and external audits.
- Preparation and Monitoring of Project Wise cash flow, budgets, and Cost Variances.
- Oversee the Supplier and other Payments.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Part-qualified in CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA / CMA (preferred).
- Experience in Construction industry and hands-on experience in SAP (ERP) will be an added Advantage.
