DIRECTOR - HR
Straddle Shift
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director - Human Resources to lead key HR operations and employee-focused initiatives across the organization. This leadership role will oversee HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and performance management while supporting a positive, productive, and high-performing workplace.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, employee documentation, and related HR processes.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster open communication across the organization.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements through regular audits and reviews.
- Support performance management, career development, employee training, and related talent initiatives.
- Provide HR guidance and develop practical solutions aligned with organizational requirements and business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 12-15+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record across strategic and operational HR functions.
- 8+ years of senior-level HR leadership experience, managing teams, functions, and enterprise-wide people initiatives.
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational growth.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale HR transformation, organizational change, and workforce development initiatives.
- Extensive experience managing multi-site, regional, or geographically dispersed HR operations within complex, fast-paced organizations.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing business requirements and customize solutions based on organizational needs.
- Ability to work according to standard US hours(1:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and calendar on a straddle shift.
