WHAT YOU’LL DO
SALES EXECUTIVE
- Develop business with travel agents, corporate clients and tour operators.
- Develop and improve sales strategies to increase business performance.
- Keep up with market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and support sales initiatives.
RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVE
- Handle room reservations through phone, email and online booking channels.
- Respond to guest enquiries and process reservations accurately.
- Upsell rooms and hotel services when appropriate.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Previous experience in hotel sales, hotel reservations, front office, or a similar hotel commercial role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with a Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-Time & On-Site based in Rajagiriya
