RECOVERY AGENT
- Location: Colombo 03
- Working Hours: 8.30 AM - 5.30 PM
- Working Style: Roster bases (Including Mercantile Holidays)
- Salary: 60K - 130K
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts
- Contact clients regarding overdue payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update records and report on collection activities
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year experience in recovery / collections (fintech or microfinance preferred)
- Knowledge of billing, collection methods and relevant laws
- Good communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil is an advantage)
- Comfortable working with targets and able to manage stress
- Freshers are also welcome!
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to work roster bases
- 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
- Willing to work including mercantile holidays
