Join our Team as a Bulk Merchandiser
Location - Colombo 3, Sri Lanka.
Job Role
- Follow up on and execute T&A plans.
- Communicate directly with factories and mills.
- Coordinate with factories, suppliers, quality, planning, logistics and customer teams.
- Manage fabric and trim requirements.
- Handle planning and critical path management.
- Conduct sampling and fabric testing as per SOPs.
- Hand over confirmed styles to production with complete and accurate details.
- Verify buyer PO details including price and delivery.
- Oversee supply chain coordination for baby and kidswear orders.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in bulk merchandising.
- Prior experience or strong knowledge in baby and kidswear categories.
- Degree or diploma in Merchandising or Marketing preferred.
- Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Strong team player.
