QUANTITY SURVEYOR & ARCHITECT
PMF Finance is seeking highly motivated, experienced, and result-oriented professionals to join our team and oversee the organization's facilities infrastructure, building development, renovation and maintenance projects. Suitable candidates with a passion for construction, infrastructure development, and facilities management are encouraged to apply.
Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Monitor and control project expenditures.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and manage procurement processes.
- Verify contractor claims and payment certificates.
- Conduct site visits and ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction costing, contracts, and procurement.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Membership in a recognized professional body will be an added advantage.
Architect
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee building, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
- Develop architectural concepts, plans, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project execution.
- Provide technical recommendations to management regarding facilities development.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience.
- Professional architectural registration/membership will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar architectural software.
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
