The Company seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to support group-level financial reporting, consolidation, and strategic analysis within its Finance Department.

ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and review Group Management Accounts and assist with quarterly financial reporting and consolidation.
- Prepare Board papers, financial presentations, and performance analyses.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and group strategy tracking.
- Coordinate S1 & S2 disclosures and standardized reporting from subsidiaries.
- Liaise with subsidiary finance teams, auditors, and other stakeholders for Annual Report preparation.
- Contribute to Business Excellence initiatives, process improvements, and special finance projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fully qualified member of a recognized accounting body (CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 6-7 years' experience in group reporting, consolidation, or management accounting.
- Strong knowledge of SLFRS/IFRS, consolidation, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Proven experience in financial dashboards and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Excel dashboards, and similar tools).
- Advanced MS Excel, ERP system knowledge, and strong analytical skills.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English is a MUST.
