ASSISTANT MANAGER - OPERATIONS
(AIR CONDITIONING SERVICES)
The ideal candidate should meet the below mentioned criteria:
- Gender: Male
- Age Range: Between 25-40
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily service operations and technician schedules
- Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance activities
- Manage customer inquiries and service follow-ups
- Coordinate with suppliers and handle inventory requirements
- Ensure timely completion of projects and service calls
- Monitor operational efficiency and maintain service quality standards
- Prepare quotations, reports, and operational documentation
- Support management in achieving business and operational goals
Qualifications / Experiences:
- Experience in AC industry and service coordination
- Computer literacy and report handling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively
- Valid Sri Lankan driving/riding license is an added advantage
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
