Medical Laboratory Technologist
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
- Valid professional license/registration with the relevant council (SLMC).
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a Hematology laboratory.
- Strong experience in routine and specialized hematology testing (CBC, coagulation profiles, blood film analysis, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems and safety protocols.
- Leadership and team management skills are preferred.
