- The ideal candidate is a hardworking, creative and passionate individual looking to make a name for themselves in the country.
- Should be able to work well as part of the team.
- Someone whos is able to speak English comfortably, converse with customers easily in a friendly manner and serve with a smile.
- Someone who has a keen interest in current food and beverage trends.
- Should have previous experience working with coffee manual machines and an interest in bettering coffee making skills/latte art skills.
- Able to do basic costings and stock taking as and when needed.
- Prior experience for this role is necessary - a minimum of 2 - 3 years.
- Residing in and around Colombo and able to travel to work daily.
