nCHEF & KITCHEN HELPER
nWe are looking for dedicated and responsible individuals to join our Kitchen / Food & Beverage Department.

nKey Requirements
n- n
- Previous experience as a Chef, preferably in a hospital, hotel, or similar environment n
- Ability to prepare hygienic, nutritious, and high-quality meals n
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, food storage, and kitchen procedures n
- Ability to prepare special meals according to patients' dietary requirements n
- Good knowledge of portion control and food presentation n
- Ability to maintain consistent food quality and minimize wastage n
- Responsible, organized, and able to work as part of a team n
- Willingness to work according to a roster, including weekends and shifts n
Kitchen Helper
nKey Requirements
n- n
- Previous kitchen experience will be an added advantage n
- Ability to assist with food preparation, cleaning, washing, and kitchen operations n
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safe food-handling practices n
- Ability to maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, work areas, and storage areas in a clean and organized manner n
- Hardworking, responsible, and a good team player n
- Willingness to work according to a roster, including weekends and shifts n
