An established BOI-approved Thai restaurant, operating since 1993, with an excellent reputation and loyal customer base, is looking for an experienced:
ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Requirements:
- Age 40–50 years
- Relevant industrial qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar executive-grade position
- Strong knowledge of F&B and restaurant operations
- Good experience in bar operations & stock control
- Excellent man-management and leadership skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Mature, responsible and able to work under pressure
