TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Industrial Chemicals Division is seeking an energetic and technically competent individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Executive. If you are a technically skilled and customer-focused individual looking for an opportunity to grow your career, we invite you to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of lubrication and chemical dosing systems, including lubrication equipment, dosing pumps and related machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and carry out timely repairs of chemical dosing systems and pumps.
- Conduct regular service visits and maintenance of WET and DRY lubrication systems.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Conduct equipment audits and trials and prepare accurate service reports.
- Provide technical support to customers and ensure effective resolution of service-related issues.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems will be an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma, NVQ Level 5 or 6 in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of relevant service experience in chemical dosing systems, pumps, electrical panels or related equipment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Valid riding license.
