We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our growing team.
TECHNICAL OFFICER
TASKS & DUTIES
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems, applications and all kinds of IT devices.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, CCTV and printer faults and replacing parts as required.
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals and coordinate with hardware/software vendors.
- Conduct preventive maintenance routines and services (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, CCTV).
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- An approved certification or diploma in computer hardware and network field.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Having a motorcycle driving license would be advantageous.
